What a great week so far... more to come on all the details, but yesterday we found out that our condo in downtown Long Beach is moving into escrow. :) We are currently looking at places in the Belmont Shore/Belmont Heights area (only about 10 minutes from where we are now.) We have 30 days to move, so the hunt for a new place is on.
